Yikes, I am way behind in my blogs again. Might have to switch up how I blog. Start doing things in a more quick hit way. Life just seems to get busy lately, even when I don't feel busy.

Saturday (08/02) - Weightlifting. no, we did a long bike ride.
Sunday (08/03) - Rest Day
