The July 4th report and it is a little late. Maybe a lot of late. Can't believe that it is already half way through the month of July. Heck, we are already halfway through the summer. Crazy stuff. But it has been a great summer. I have to admit that my workouts have been hard to keep up with. So I would tell you what the plans are the next week, but it is almost over. So I will just keep moving to the next weekly report.

Sunday (07/06) - Rest Day
