Week 26 (06.23.2008)

A before the July 4th holiday update is upon you. My workouts are doing a normal summer week. I was able to get in my five workouts. I have been missing my sixth workout of the week over the last month. Guess I can blame that on being happy and married.

But, I can't complain about things. It has been a great summer so far. I might have some time this weekend to hit a couple of blogs. Like always, I have some stuff to say, just not time to say it. But that is a good thing, because it means life is full.

Thursday (06/26) - Weight Lifting Completed!
Friday (06/27) - Cardio Completed!
Saturday (06/28) - Weight Lifting nope.. Venice Beach
Sunday (06/29) - Rest Day
