Yup, I am way behind in my blogging again. Just not the top thing to do on my list right now. So I am gonna try and back track. Catch up and do some blogging tonight. So these are going to be short and quick. The last week of August was a good week to workout. The last week before Labor Day.

Sunday (08/31) - Rest Day
