Week 19 (05.05.2008)

Sorry, I didn't get my entry in time last week. I did get most of my workouts in. I have been skipping my weekend lifting work out. Been riding the cruiser though, so I don't feel that guilty about missing it.

This week was the easy week. Next week is the wedding week. Just will be getting more and more nervous as the days go by!

Tuesday (05/06) - Weight Lifting Completed!
Tuesday (05/06) - Basketball Completed!
Wednesday (05/07) - Cardio Completed!
Thursday (05/08) - Weight Lifting Completed!
Friday (05/09) - Cardio Completed!
Saturday (05/0510) - Weight Lifting no weightlifting.. lots of bike riding.
Sunday (05/11) - Rest Day
