Week 01 (12.31.2007)

I moving my workout updates to a new blog. Starting of the New Year fresh. These are actually some catch up posts. I did a pretty good job of maintaining my workout schedule over the New Year festival. So nothing to strange to report there. Just posting to make sure I keep track of my results.

Thursday (01/03) - Weight Lifting Completed!
Friday (01/04) - Jogging Completed!
Saturday (01/05) - Weight Lifting Completed!
Sunday (01/06) - Rest Day
